Recommended Preventive Maintenance Spare Parts
This section lists the recommended spare parts to have readily (for the
Optical Bench and sample system) to ensure the analyzer and its sample
system operate at peak efficiency.
For drawings that illustrate the location of all spare parts in the ana-
lyzer, see “Preventive Maintenance” in Chapter 6.

Optical Bench Spare Parts
The replacement of these parts is required as part of the Analyzer
Preventive Maintenance Schedule (Chapter 6). It is also necessary to have
these parts on hand in case the parts become damaged or contaminated,
and need to be replaced earlier than listed in the recommended schedule.
Because the Model 931S and Model 932S Analyzers are designed to ac-
commodate a wide variety of applications (and therefore can accommo-
date a variety of sample system components), there is no typical spare
parts list available for the analyzer’s Optical Bench and sample system.
IMPORTANT SPARE PARTS INFORMATION
The “Optical Bench Spare Parts” list in this section includes source
lamps used in various applications. However, for specific source
lamp, Measuring Cell, and other sample system component spare
parts for your system, refer to Manual Supplements or Custom Spare
Parts lists, located in the “Supplemental Information” section of this
manual. When ordering spare parts, use the Part Numbers in those
documents (or Measuring Cell assembly drawings, if included).
If the optional Heated Acid Gas Sample Probe is used with your system,
additional spare parts for the probe will also be required. See the Heated
Acid Gas Sample Probe Installation and Maintenance Guide for spare parts.
