ATTENTION! The implementation of any modification involves the forfeiture of the
Declaration of Conformity of the appliance. For damage resulting from improper use
of the appliance, the user is solely responsible.
2.3 Technical data
Refer to Table 1 - Section 9 for data regarding power, electrical power supply, dimensions, overall
dimensions, etc.
2.4 Parts of the appliance (Fig.1/2/3 - Section 8)
Control panel (Fig.3 - Section 8)
By pressing the buttons on the digital control unit, you can select and/or modify the equipment blast
chilling cycles. Refer to Section 5 (Installation and operation of appliance) for further information.
Grid/tray support frames
The appliance is internally equipped with removable grid/tray support frames to facilitate cleaning.
By using these frames, it is possible to insert, on grids or trays suitable for contact with food, prod-
ucts of different heights.
2.5 Included accessories
The appliance comes standard equipped with the following accessories:
 Needle probe with 90° handle;
 Water collection tray (ABT30A model excluded).
2.6 Protection devices present on the appliance
The appliance is equipped with the following safety protection devices:
 Protection grille for the technical compartment (cooling unit) which prevents the users from
touching moving or under voltage parts during normal operation of the appliance;
 Protection grille of the evaporator fan inside the cell.
It is strictly forbidden to remove, modify or deactivate any safety/protection device
on the appliance. It is also forbidden to remove or damage any safety labels.
3. Safety and hygiene instructions
This section summarizes the information concerning all the essential safety-related aspects. The
individual sections also contain important safety related information (with relative symbols), in or-
der to prevent the occurrence of hazards. Users must comply with the information given on the
pictograms, nameplates and wording on the appliance, taking care to ensure that they remain legi-
ble. Compliance with all the safety related instructions guarantees optimum protection and perfor-
mance of the appliance in complete safety and without problems.
The instructions concerning workplace safety refer to the EU Directives in force at the time of man-
ufacture of the appliance. In consideration of the exclusively professional use of the appliance cov-
ered by this handbook, please note that the user is required, within the limits of technical feasibility,
to maintain the conditions of use provided by the regulations in force in the country of use of the
appliance, at the time which this is used. If the appliance is used outside the European Union, the
local workplace health and safety regulations in force in the location where the appliance is used
must be respected. In addition to the workplace health and safety requirements contained in this
handbook, the specific environmental protection regulation in force in the location where the ap-
pliance is used must also be respected.
