At the end of a phase, the appliance automatically passes to the next. To start the cycle, press
the FREEZING button: the freezing led, the hard led and the probe led flash. Press the SOFT/HARD
button: the hard led turn off. Press the START/STOP button. The display will show the tempera-

lower part of the display.
If the temperature detected by the probe does not reach the blast chilling/freez-
ing end value within the maximum expected duration, blast chilling will not be
completed correctly but will continue until the set cycle end phase temperature
is reached. The probe led will flash and the buzzer will be activated.
Timed operation
If the control unit does not detect temperature differences between the needle probe and the cell
probe (for example when the needle probe is left in its seat and not inserted in the product), the
appliance will emit a sound signal and the probe led will start flashing, before switching to timed
mode.
Estimated time for blast chilling cycles: 90 minutes;
Estimated time for freezing cycles: 240 minutes.
In this phase, the time can be modified using the UP and DOWN buttons on the control unit. After
the set time has elapsed, the appliance automatically switches to the holding phase.
