Verification of the labels and safety symbols integrity. At least once a week, carry out a visual
inspection to verify the integrity of the labels and safety symbols. In the event of illegibility or
detachment, request a copy of the labels and symbols from the dealer or qualified technical
assistance.
ATTENTION! In the event of malfunction, damage, breakage or failure of the
safety devices, immediately disconnect the appliance from the power supply and
do not use it. It is mandatory to contact the dealer to obtain qualified technical
assistance.
WARNING! Servicing must only be performed by personnel who are authorized by
the dealer or the manufacturer, using original accessories and replacement parts.
It is severely forbidden to try to repair the appliance yourself. Such action will void
the warranty and put you at risk of injury.
6.4 If the appliance is not used for a long period of time
Disconnect the plug from the electric socket;
Carefully clean and dry the appliance;
Cover the appliance with a fabric sheet which allows air to circulate but also protects it from
dust and dirt.
7. Troubleshooting
Compressor does
not start
Thermostat set to a too high temperature.
Appliance in defrosting phase.
Set the thermostat to a lower temperature.
Wait for the end of the defrost cycle.
The performance
of the appliance
is lower than nor-
mal
Excessive quantity of hot products inserted
inside or at too high temperature.
Extended door opening or door closed in-
correctly.
The door gasket does not close properly.
Dirty condenser.
Iced evaporator.
Remove some of the products or allow the
product more time to cool down.
Make sure that the doors are closed when
the appliance is in operation. Avoid opening
doors for long periods.
Make sure the gasket is fully inserted. Re-
move the gasket and wash it with soap and
water. Check the condition of the gasket
and replace it if necessary.
Clean the condenser.
Stop the blast chilling cycle and defrost.
Make sure the thermostat is not set too
low. Make sure that the door gasket closes
properly.
