The temperature
inside the cell is
too high
Thermostat set too high.
Air flow obstructed by products.
Excessive quantity of hot products inserted
inside.
Fuse blown or safety switch activated.
Dirty condenser.
Extended door opening or door closed in-
correctly.
Iced evaporator.
Set the thermostat to a lower temperature.
Rearrange the arrangement of the products
inside the cell, and make sure there is at
least 10 cm of space between the products
and the evaporator.
Allow the product more time to cool down.
Replace the fuse or reset the safety switch.
Clean the condenser.
Make sure that the doors are closed when
the appliance is in operation. Avoid opening
doors for long periods.
Stop the blast chilling cycle and defrost.
Make sure the thermostat is not set too
low. Make sure that the door gasket closes
properly.
There is a vibration caused by loose screws
or bolts.
Pipes vibration.
Check that the screws and bolts have not
become loose during operation or
transport.
Check that the pipes are not in contact with
other pipes or parts of the appliance.
The above cases are presented merely as examples of possible problems. In the event of any prob-
lem, immediately switch the appliance OFF and contact the dealer.
The following characteristics are normal and do not represent malfunctions:
The sound of flowing water. This sound occurs during normal use. It is the sound of the coolant
expanding inside the cooling circuit;
When there is high humidity, condensate on the internal part of the door is normal. Remove
the condensate by wiping it off with a soft cloth.
Requesting spare parts:
To request spare parts, contact the dealer and refer to the part number, as indicated
in the spare parts drawings at the end of this handbook. At the same time, provide the
model and serial number of the appliance, as indicated on the technical specs. label
(ref. Pic.1 and Pic.2 - Section 8).
