3.6 Lubrication and maintenance operations
3.6.36 Swinging support check
Once ayear check the swinging support for excessive clearance.
Machine equipped with aone-point lifting lug
Lift the machine with acrane while using the one-point lifting
lug.
Visually check the clearance of the swinging support by apply-
ing pressure on the machine alternatively upwards and down-
wards.
The machine is not equipped with aone-point lifting lug
Lift the machine slightly with asuitable hydraulic jack.
Visually check the clearance of the swinging support by apply-
ing pressure on the machine alternatively upwards and down-
wards.
3.6.37 Articulation joint check
Once ayear check the articulation joint for excessive clearance.
Machine equipped with aone-point lifting lug
Lift the machine with acrane while using the one-point lifting
lug.
Visually check the clearance of the articulated joint by applying
pressure on the machine alternatively upwards and downwards.
