2.7 Machine operation and use
2.7.11 Telematics readiness
Global positioning system with telemetry that monitors opera-
ting systems of the machine (machine start, engine speed, fuel
consumption, number of engine hours, etc.) and its current po-
sition.
The GPS system allows the geofencing function (machine ope-
ration limited to a dened area) and remote machine monito-
ring, which helps nding a stolen machine.
Note
The availability and content of the given data depends on the
selected manufacturer of the telematics system.
Turn o the battery disconnector before installation or
maintenance.
Installation shall only be carried out by trained per-
sonnel according to the wiring diagram.
