The following conventions have been used throughout the document.
Notational Conventions
This document uses several notational conventions. They are listed below.

Commands will be formatted to
differentiate them from text
descriptions.

be followed by a “?”
Front-panel key sequences use this
formatting

Key presses are separated by a comma

They indicate that some type of data
must be provided.

The “|” indicates that a choice must be
made.
