The Job Information screen allows the user to input general test information that will be added to the
data export spreadsheet.
1. General Sampling Test Information fields
- Client Name
- Plant Name
- Address
- Test Location
- Test Date
- Run Number
- Personnel
- Project Number (three different fields for entry of different sets of project number data)
2. Save Notes button
- Stores the information fields for the export datasheet
3. Additional Notes field
- Allows the user to include additional information to be exported with the sampling datasheet
