What to do if Apex Instruments Laboratory Equipment LCD screen has no power?

  If the main circuit breaker on the front of the Apex Instruments Laboratory Equipment console is extended, showing a red shank, push it back in. However, if this occurs repeatedly, immediately turn off the console, disconnect the power, and remove it from service until it can be inspected and repaired. Also, ensure that the console main power switch is turned on and the equipment is plugged into a working power outlet with the correct voltage output. Finally, check the connector in the bottom-right corner of the board to make sure that all wires are firmly clamped inside of the connector and that the connector is plugged into the board.

Why is the DGM volume not increasing on my Apex Instruments XD-502?

  If the DGM volume is not increasing on your Apex Instruments Laboratory Equipment, first, ensure the console is standing upright. If that doesn't solve the problem, check all fittings and tubing inside the console for leaks and repair if necessary. Finally, verify that the console scaling factor is correct and not set at 0.0000 or 1.0000. Input the correct scaling factor from the most recent full calibration into the settings through the console menu option.
