To solve this, verify the correct battery protection setting is selected. Also, ensure the vehicle wiring is adequate. Check the battery voltage and the voltage at the supply socket, and make sure the plug is correctly installed into the socket at the back of the fridge and into the vehicle's supply socket. You can also test the fridge on 100-240V AC to confirm it's operating correctly.
