3.3 Block RAM instances
The Soft Macro Model (SMM) implements 256KB of FPGA internal block RAM as 32-bit AHB SRAM,
as an emulation of flash. The boot code must be placed in this location. If your FPGA image file is large,
you can transfer execution to the code stored in the ZBT SSRAM1.
The SMM implements four regions of 32KB internal block RAM as individual 32-bit AHB SRAM,
intended for use as program RAM.
