Temperature inside the
incubation chamber does not
reach the target temperature
(con’t).
IS THE ROOM TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH?
 For the temperature control to work accurately, the room temperature
needs to be in the range of 24 – 28°C. If the room temperature is
above 28°C, lower it until it is in the abovementioned range.
CO
2
/O
2
levels are unstable.
IS THE LID OF THE INCUBATION CHAMBER CLOSED
COMPLETELY?
 Make sure that the lid is closed securely.
Are the CO
2
/O
2
settings correct?
 Check the settings to see if they are what you intended them to be.
Are there enough CO
2
/N
2
gases left in the cylinders?
 If any one of the cylinders has gone empty, replace it immediately.
Is the regulator attached to the cylinder adjusted to 0.05MPa
(approx. 7.25psi)?
 If the pressure is low, adjust the supply pressure of the regulator.
Is the regulator’s outlet valve fully open?
 Open the outlet valve completely.
Is the gas line tubing connected to the correct gas inlet port on the
incubator?
 Be sure that the gas line tube is connected to the correct gas inlet
port on the incubator.
IS THE GAS LINE TUBING OBSTRUCTED (BENT, PINCHED, ETC.)?
 Clear the obstruction to restore gas circulation. If it is difficult to
clear the obstruction, or if there is any rupture in the tubing, contact us
or our sales representative.

alarms are activated.
Are there enough CO

/N
2
gases left in the cylinders?
 If any one of the cylinders has gone empty, replace it immediately.
