alarms are activated
(con’t).
Is the gas line tubing connected to the correct gas inlet port on the
incubator?
Be sure that the gas line tube is connected to the correct gas inlet
port on the incubator.
IS THE GAS LINE TUBING OBSTRUCTED (BENT, PINCHED, ETC.)?
Clear the obstruction to restore gas circulation. If it is difficult to
clear the obstruction, or if there is any rupture in the tubing, contact us
or our sales representative.
Flow sensor alarm(s) is
activated
IS THE LID OF THE INCUBATION CHAMBER CLOSED
COMPLETELY?
Make sure that the lid is closed securely.
ARE THE IN-LINE FILTERS PROPERLY ATTACHED?
Be sure that the in-line filters are connected to the correct circulation
ports on the back incubator with correct directions.
IF THE “FLOW SENSOR ALARM” IS ACTIVATED AT MORE THAN 1
INCUBATION CHAMBERS, THE PUMP COULD BE
MALFUNCTIONING OR THE CIRCULATORY PATH IS BLOCKED.
CONTACT US OR OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
Pump exchange alarm is
activated
WHEN THE “PUMP EXCHANGE ALARM” IS GENERATED, THE CO2
DISPLAY SHOWS “(CURRENT VALUE)%” AND “P” ALTERNATELY.
Make sure that the lid is closed securely and check gas flow volume of
all chambers. If the gas flow volume of any chamber is lesser than
“Pump Exchange” set point, the circulation pump could be
malfunctioning, or the gas line tubing could be obstructed. Contact us or
our sales representative for servicing.
* Note: If you clean the incubation chambers with main power on, gas
flow volume may temporarily become low and trigger the “Pump
Exchange” alarm. If this happens, close the lid of the chamber and
check the gas flow volume. If it is above the “Pump Exchange” set
point, there is no problem, in which case, you can cancel the alarm with
“Pump Alarm Reset” menu.
IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS THAT ARE NOT
LISTED ABOVE, PLEASE CONTACT US OR OUR SALES
REPRESENTATIVE.
