Conference speakerphone settings
Ringer tone
You can choose one of the 10 ringer tones.
1. Press in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press or to scroll to Ringers, then press .
3. Press or to scroll to Ringer tone, then press .
4. Press or to sample each ringer tone (Tone 1 to
Tone 10).
5. Press to save your preference. There is a confirmation tone and the
screen returns to the previous menu.
NOTE: If you turn off the ringer volume, you do not hear ringer tone samples.
Set date/time
The date and time display on the base unit in idle mode. Before using the
SB3014, set the date and time, as mentioned below. If you subscribe to
caller ID service, the day, month and time are set automatically with each
incoming call. However, The year must be set so that the day of the week
can be calculated from the caller ID information.
1. Press in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press or to scroll to Set date/time, then press .
3. Press or to select the month, then press , or
enter the number using the dialing keys.
4. Press or to select the day, then press , or enter
the number using the dialing keys.
5. Press or to select the year, then press , or enter
the number using the dialing keys, then press to
move on to set the time.
6. Press or to select the hour, then press , or enter the number using
the dialing keys.
7. Press or to select the minute, then press , or enter the number
using the dialing keys.
8. Press or to select AM or PM, or press 2 for AM or 7 for PM. Press
to confirm. There is a confirmation tone and the screen returns to
the previous menu.
NOTE: The base unit beeps twice if you enter an invalid number.
