Memory match
If the incoming telephone number matches the last seven digits of a telephone
number in your phonebook, the name that appears on the screen matches the
corresponding name in your phonebook.
For example, if Christine Smith calls, her name appears as
Chris if this is how you entered it into your phonebook.
NOTE: The number shown in the call log will be in the format sent by the telephone
service provider. The telephone service provider usually delivers 10-digit phone numbers
(area code plus telephone number). If the telephone number of the caller does not match
a number in your phonebook, the name will appear as it is delivered by the telephone
service provider.
Review the call log
Review the call log to find out who called, to return the call, or to copy the
caller’s name and number into your phonebook. Call log empty appears if
there are no records in the call log.
1. Press ( ) when the base unit is not in use. The screen displays the
call log in reverse chronological order starting with the most recent call.
-OR-
Press when in idle mode, then press or to scroll to Call log.
Press twice.
2. Press or to browse through the call log.
3. Press to exit the call log.
You hear a double beep when the list reaches the beginning or end of the
call log.
