Personal Directory
The Personal Directory is only available at the extension for which it was created.
Personal Directory entries can be created and managed by the administrator or by a
Deskset user.
To manage the Personal Directory:
1. In the navigation menu at left, click Extension Settings, then Personal Directory.
The Directory List for Extension: page appears.
2. Select the desired extension number from the list.
The Directory list appears. You can add, edit, delete, and sort the entries, as described
below.
To add a new entry, click . The Add Personal Directory
List Entry page appears.
a. Complete the form with the information indicated.
b. Click to save the entry. The Directory List page appears with the
entry added.
