Review directory entries
From a cordless handset or the telephone base:
1. Press the MENU softkey when the phone is not
in use to enter the feature menu.
2. Press the or softkey to scroll to the
DIRECTORY menu, then press the OK softkey.
An alert tone will play and DIRECTORY IS
EMPTY will be displayed if there are no
directory entries.
3. Press the or softkey to browse through the
directory. Entries will be displayed alphabetically
by the first letter in the name.
