11 Fault Diagnosis
" Before any maintenance operation, make sure that the general power supply is switched o󰀨.
" Frost protection is not available when the heat pump is not powered up.
If a fault occurs, the error number appears on the welcome screen.
To obtain the error's designation, select it using the knob.

" In the event of an error originating in the outdoor unit, the user interface
displays error code "370: Thermodynamic Generator" followed by the
outdoor unit error.
