by Warranty or Product Liability.
Service kits
For overhauling or carrying out preventive maintenance, service kits are available (see section Service kits).
Service contracts
Atlas Copco offers several types of service contracts, relieving you of all preventive maintenance work.
Consult your Atlas Copco Customer Centre.
General
When servicing, replace all removed gaskets, O-rings and washers.
Intervals
The local Atlas Copco Customer Centre may overrule the maintenance schedule, especially the service
intervals, depending on the environmental and working conditions of the compressor.
The longer interval actions and checks must also include the shorter interval actions and checks.
Service actions for compressors with an Elektronikon® controller
Besides the daily and 3-monthly checks, the service operations are grouped in time intervals (running hours).
The regulator has a programmable service timer. A service warning will appear when the service timer has
reached the programmed time interval; see section Programmable settings and section Service warning. In
this case, check the running hours. Carry out the service operations corresponding to the running hours as
specified in the schedule below. Reset the service timer after servicing; see section Calling up/resetting the
service timer.
