• Do not allow the brake fluid contact vehicle parts, so as not to
damage the painted parts.

make up the brake fluid
＞
• Turn the handle bar and make the pump cylinder be horizontal
with the ground.
• wipe out the dust and foreign matters from pump cylinder.
• Loosen the screw of cover, then take out the diaphragm.
Add the recommended brake fluid into the upper position of
cylinder, then tighten the cover with special attention for dia-
phragm to avoid no foreign matters in.
Caution
The brake fluid shall be DOT 4 non-petroleum base brake fluid.
The brake fluid can’t be mixed with other impurities; otherwise the
braking performance shall be reduced due to chemical change.
Caution
The brake fluid is strongly corrosive, never splash it onto the
surfaces of spray painted or plastic pieces; in case it splashes
into the eyes or on the skin, immediately flush with large amounts
of fresh water and see a doctor.

Brake piece checking
＞
Operating brake, if the wears limit line of the brake shoe touch to
the side of the brake disc. It shows that the brake shoe has
touched the wear limit.
