Example #1: The optical input power is at a level that indicates a major alarm, but the rest of the attributes are
normal. The top LED associated with the slot shall be observed as “red”.

The Transceiver (also known as MDU) detects the alarms and reects them on the front panel LEDs based on the following
schema.

The High Sensitivity Opto-stacker is a dual wide plug-in that detects the alarms and reects them on the front panel LEDs
based on the following schema.
