¾ Main parameters
This page contains parameters which enable the transmitted program to be qualified:
• M/S: defines the of program content (Words or Music).
• DI: when they are used, these 4 bits enable different functioning modes to be defined in order
to switch specific decoders.
• Program type: the PTY code enables the program type to be defined. It can be used by some
receivers to make selective station research. The PTYN code enables the PTY code to be
specified.
