Setting a ring tone for a call pickup group
About this task
Use this task to select a ring tone for an audio alert on your deskphone for a call pickup
group.
Procedure
1.
Press Home.
2. Press Select to select Options & Settings > Screen & Sound Options > Call
Pickup Ring Type.
3. Press Change to select the required ring tone.
4. Press Save.
Changing the background logo
About this task
If your system administrator has set up an alternate background choice, you can change the
logo your screen displays. Logos are not available on 9608 deskphones.
Note:
Your system administrator can also change the background logo through the settings file.
Procedure
1. Press Home.
2. Press Select to select Options & Settings > Screen and Sound Options >
Background Logo.
3. Use the Right/Left arrows to select the required logo.
4. Press Save.
