Chapter 16: Using the Calendar
If your administrator has set up the Exchange Integration option under Advanced Options on the Avaya
Menu, you can integrate the Microsoft
®
Exchange Server calendar with your phone. When Exchange
Calendar is active, a Calendar label displays beneath your last call appearance on the Phone screen.
Appointments display in the order of their start times and are removed once the meeting time expires.
Calendar
information is updated whenever you log in to your phone, when you change calendar settings,
when you access the Calendar, and when you press the Refresh softkey while viewing an
appointment.

Calendar appointment reminders
About this task
If
you have set the Exchange Reminder Time option to Yes, the phone displays a pop-up to
remind you of the upcoming calendar appointments when the Exchange Reminder Time that
you set is reached.
Procedure
When you get a reminder, perform one of the following actions: .
• To ignore the reminder now, but to be reminded after the snooze period, press
Snooze
• To ignore the reminder completely, press Dismiss.
