Retrieving voice messages
Follow the steps in this procedure to retrieve your voice messages.
Prerequisites
• Log into your mailbox. See Logging into your mailbox (page 11).
Procedure steps
Step Action
1 To retrieve voice messages, press 2.
The system:
• plays the message envelope including the extension number or the
name of the message sender followed by the date and time message
was recorded
• plays the new voice message
• verifies the message options
• if the message is tagged, announces the message type. If the message
is tagged as normal, the system does not announce the message type.
Attention: Depending on how the administrator has configured this feature, the
system plays the extension number or plays the name of the message sender.

2 At the end of each message, you can select one of the following options:
• To repeat the message, press 2.
• To delete the message, press 3.
