• Ensure that you know your user ID and password.
• Obtain the minibar/room status access number from your administrator.
Procedure steps
Step Action
1 Dial the minibar/room status access number.
2 Enter your ID, followed by #
3 Enter your password, followed by #.
4 If user type is minibar and room service (MB/RS) user, press 2.
5 Enter room number, followed by #.
6 Enter the room status code (for example, 1).
The system plays room status prompt for code 1 and plays the prompt
Entries accepted. The call is complete.
