9. Align the camera base to the pilot holes then use the provided self-tapping screws to secure the
camera to the mounting surface.

Perform the following steps if the required cables will be run along the mounting surface. Use this procedure
if the mounting surface is difficult to drill into, or if the cables must be routed outside of the mounting surface.
If you do not need to use the auxiliary cable, skip the relevant steps.
