Bug Report
Tap the option to create a bug report and then send it to your USB flash drive or an
e-mail address. The bug report is useful for a service personnel to troubleshoot your
problem.
To send the product’s bug report to your USB flash,
1. Insert this USB Flash drive in a USB port at the back of the product, and wait for
the product to successfully detect the USB Flash Drive in a moment.
2. Tap the right-arrow button at the bottom from Menu screen to move to the next
Menu screen.
3. Tap the [Bug Report] button.
4. Select USB Flash to send the product’s bug report to your USB flash.
To send the product’s bug report to your E-mail address,
1. Tap the right-arrow button at the bottom from Menu screen to move to the next
Menu screen.
2. Tap the [Bug Report] button.
3. Select E-mail to send the product’s bug report to your E-mail address.
Activity Log Report
Tap the option to create an activity log report and then send it to your e-mail
address.
To send the product’s activity log report to your E-mail address,
1. Tap the right-arrow button at the bottom from Menu screen to move to the next
Menu screen.
2. Tap the [Activity Log Report] button.
3. Select E-mail to send the product’s activity log report to your E-mail address.
