Footer - the entrance to the printout footer definition menu; sign indicates if at
least one option in Footer definition menu is checked.
Footer definition menu
An element is checked/unchecked if
ENTER key is pressed.

ID1, ID2, ID2 - strings (max. 20 characters) typed using PS2 keyboard or balance
numeric keypad, which works similarly to mobile keyboard (characters coupled
with relevant key appear in first line of the display after the key is pressed); typed
string is approved with ENTER key, last character can be deleted using < key.
