5. Use the wiring harness cloth tape to secure the bracket. Start at the bottom side and
wrap the tape around both the top and bottom brackets, making sure the snaps stay
engaged. Make sure you wrap the tape around the bracket 1-1/2 to 2 times for support.
Make sure to apply pressure to the tape as you are wrapping it around.

Finish by pressing the end of the tape down to secure it.
Repeat for the opposite side.
Repeat for the center of the bracket.
