Read this manual before installing and operating the Micropulse linear position sensor.
1.1 Scope
This document provides installation instructions and technical data specific to the Micropulse EX
linear position sensor. Detailed technical specifications for the electronics package can be found
in the standard Micropulse linear position sensor User’s Guides, corresponding to the relevant
type of output signal.
1.2 Safety Advisory
Read this manual before installing the Micropulse EX linear position sensor. The Micropulse EX
