4. Getting started
A This symbol means the packed machine must be stored in a dry place: its contents may be damaged by dampness.
B This symbol means the packed mac hine must be kept upright.
C This symbol m eans the packed machine must be handled with c are: its contents are fragile.
D
This symbol indicates that the pack age must be kept awa y from direct sunlight and heat sources to avoid exposing its
content to exce ssively high temperatures.
E
This symbol indicates the maximum num ber of packages that can be stacked.

How to unpack
It is advisable to unpack t he machine near the ins tallation area to facilitate assembly. Proceed as follows:
1. Remov e the cardboard pac kaging.
2. Unscrew the screws of the wooden box.
3. Remov e the cover.
4. Lift the side walls of the p ackage
5. Remov e t he ULC-30A from the package.
The packaging m aterial (wood, propylene, etc.) can be kept for future use o r properly disposed of according
to local regulations.
Storage
If the m achine is not going to be used for an extended period, it should be stored (possibly w ithout unpacking it, or at least adequately
protected) in a sheltered place protected from atmos pheric a gents at a temperature between - 20 and + 60 °C.
