b The anodes positioned in the raw water cooling circuit are
represented in the illustration below in the order of ow of the
RW circuit (fore-port side):
v Anode 1 located in the RW suction tube,
v Anode 2 located in the RW port-starboard proportioning
valve,
v Anode 3 located in the RW inlet/outlet cap.

M1 Final operations
b Let the engine run and check that the circuits are leakproof.
b Check the engine oil level, with engine stopped.
b Top up if necessary to bring the level up to 3mm below the
maximum level on the dipstick.
b Carry out the safety checks.
