8.8 ISOnet mode
The ISOMETER® displays the message „ISOnet active“, if the ISOMETER® works in the
ISOnet mode but does not measure at the moment. The "ON" LED lights continuously and
the bar indicating the progress of measurement is not pulsing.

The LED „ON“ blinks and the bar indicating the progress of measurement is pulsing,
if the ISOMETER® measures actively in the ISOnet mode.
The ISOMETER® performs an automatic test. During this test, the ISOMETER® checks the
connections to the IT system and earth. Afterwards, the ISOMETER® performs an initial
measurement and records all measured values (see page 29).
Hereafter, the ISOMETER® measures for one measuring cycle and then forwards the au-
thorisation for insulation measurement to the ISOMETER® with the next higher address.
