CHECK OF STEERING GEAR
Periodically check the play in the steering
sleeve by moving the fork back and forth
as shown in the fi gure. Whenever you feel
play, adjust as described below:
Loosen the screws 1.
Loosen the screw 2.
Take up the play by means of nut 3.
Tighten the screws to the specifi ed torque
values .
