2.6.13 Top limit list transmission request

n = terminal number; n = 2 characters, The terminal responds with one of the following strings:
<STX><O>y<SP>m<SP><um><EOL>
if the weight is positive
<STX><O>y<->m<SP><um><EOL>
if the weight is negative
where
O =weight exceeding the range
y = product code; y = 3 characters.
m = value of the weight; m = 7 characters.
