ADVANCED USE MANUAL DD700
Extraction during Loading (*)(***)
With this function, once it has been selected and associated to the
I/O devices, it is possible to run simple batching on multiple
components.
The inputs/outputs are selected during installation.
By following the indications “Setting output as set-point” the Set
Point 01 and Set Point 02 values are set. Set Point 01 defines the
quantity of final weight to extract (REQUESTED), Set Point 02 the
quantity of weight which, subtracted from the Set Point 01 value,
signals the passage from fast extraction mode to slow extraction
mode.
Press the START button to reset the
value of the extracted weight and enable scale loading. The
display
reports the gross weight (i.e. the weight on the scale)
and the extracted weight (i.e. the weight that is gradually loaded
onto the scale).
The Extraction display format is used.
The extraction operation can be terminated by pressing STOP.
Extraction during Unloading (*)(***)
This operating mode is identical to the above, with the difference
being that
it starts with a loaded scale and that material is extracted.

value of the extracted weight and enable scale unloading. The
display
reports the gross weight (i.e. the weight on the scale)
and the extracted weight (i.e. the weight that is unloaded from the
scale).
The Extraction display format is used.
The extraction operation can be terminated by pressing STOP.
