PLANING FOLDER PELLET BOILER
Fix the auger to the floor. Mount the slide slope on the left
and right with a distance of 300 mm from each other.
Fix the auger to the floor on a wooden board (300 mm wide,
20 mm high). Wooden slat serves as a stop for the slide
slopes! Attach these as well.
ATTENTION:
The straps of the auger support must not block the auger!
If the suction hose is shorter than 5.0 metres, the return air
hose must be at least 2.0 metres longer. 2.0 metres longer!
7.5.1 OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Discharge by mole is automatic and particularly gentle on
the pellets. The fuel is transported into the storage container
of the boiler by means of a vacuum transport. The mole is
controlled by sensors and a movement pattern that enables
the storage room to be emptied almost completely. The
sensor technology detects pellet slopes and targets them.
Walls and other storage room boundaries are recognised as
such and registered. This makes a sloping floor superfluous -
the storage room can be used more eciently.
