diagnosis did not complete.
(The E-Scooter has to reach
a defined minimum speed
with the motor running for the
wheel sensors to be checked:
min 5 km/h)
If an indicator showing a TCA
fault appears when TCA self-
diagnosis completes:
You can continue to ride. Bear
in mind that the TCA function
is not available or the function-
ality might be subject to certain
restrictions.
Have fault rectified as soon
as possible by an authorised
BMW Motorrad dealer.
E-Scooter ready for
operation
When the Pre-Ride-Check and
the ABS self-diagnosis complete,
the E-Scooter with all consumers
is ready for operation.
To help reduce the strain
on the 12V battery, use
electrical consumers only for as
long as absolutely necessary and
switch off operational readiness
when it is not needed.
E-Scooter ready to ride
The E-Scooter is ready to ride
when you press the starter but-
ton with the brake applied. The
READY symbol and the arrow
show on the display. All sys-
tems are operational. If you press
the emergency on/off switch the
E-Scooter is no longer ready to
ride.
Riding at low temperatures.
At low ambient temperat-
ures (below 0 °C) the rates at
which a battery can output power
and recharge are reduced on
