15.8 Handling Simultaneous Network and Dial-in Connections
In the unusual case where you may attempt to connect to AEC2.1 over a dial-in connection
from a computer that is on the same local area network as the controller, there is a possibility
that Internet Explorer may not be able to establish the dial-in connection with the controller.
There is a setting on the computer that can be changed to force the browser to use the dial-in
connection.
In the Windows operating system, go to Settings > Control Panel and select Internet Options.
Click the Connections tab and make sure the option Always dial my default connection is
selected.
