Notes
¡ The drive runs non-stop in con-
tinuous operation. If you reduce
the speed, the drive runs more
slowly.
¡ In interval operation drive
phases alternate with pauses. If
you reduce the speed, the
pauses become longer.

7.5 Using turbo mode
Turbo mode is available for the uni-
versal knife. The universal knife will
rotate at maximum speed for max.

mode to chop or purée food faster.

Press and hold down "Turbo".

7.6 Setting the temperature
1. Press ⁠.
a The display shows the temperature
scale divided into temperature
ranges.
2. Press the required temperature
range.
3. To select the required temperature,
move your finger along the slider.
The size of the step in which the
temperature can be set varies de-
pending on the temperature range.

7.7 Emptying the pot
