3.5 System configuration
In weighing systems, one or more load cells are connected for evaluating the
measuring signal. Several load cells of a scale are connected in parallel in a
junction box to deliver a common output signal.
Load cells can be connected in parallel only if they have the same charact-
eristic value, the same nominal load and the same internal resistance.
Attention
A maximum of 4 load cells at 350 Ohm can be connected to the weighing ter-
minal.
Note
The illustration above shows an exemplary configuration.
Attention
A warm-up time of 15 minutes stabilises the measured values after switching
on.
Place the products in the middle of the scale and should not exceed the plat-
form surface
Remove the products from the platform after weighing.
Don‘t exceed the maximum load of the scale.
