3.14.3 Sample TDR Program
The sample program includes the following:
• No boil sump immersio
n
• T
DR control of U/S and Spray is active (Spray manifold over boil sump)
• Ultrasonics are off at the start of the cycle
• The power cover is installed and the power cover open sensor is installed on RESTART 8.
• The READY output is installed on RESTART 6
• A normally open sensor is installed on RESTART 5 to detect a basket in the load statio

• A
normally closed sensor is installed on RESTART 4 to detect a basket in the unload station
Sets horizontal speed to crawl (required for
degreasers)

Closes degreaser cover (Output 3 on)
Moves horizontally to pick
Waits for the degreaser READY light
Waits until RESTART 5 sensor clos
(Basket in load station)
Basket placed in load station
Moves vertically down to pick
Rises to full up position
Opens degreaser cover (Output 3 off)
Wait for cover to open fully
Lowers to boil sump vapor hold position
Turns spray on (Output 2 on)
Parts are washed for ttt seconds
Turns spray off (Output 2 off)
Moves horizontally over ultrasonic sump
Toggles U/S on (Output 1 on)
Output 1 off (resets output so that ultrasonics
may be toggled off later)
Ultrasonics continue to operate
Ultrasonics operate for ttt seconds
Toggles U/S off (Output 1 on)
Output 1 off (resets output so that ultrasonics
may be toggled on later)
Moves up to vapor hold position
Moves up to freeboard hold position
Moves up to travel position
Waits if basket is in unload station
Basket removed from unload station
Moves horizontally to drop off position
Moves up to travel position
Returns head to zero and repeats entire
program
