Reset CYCLE STOP by twisting and pulling the CYCLE STOP switch if it has been
pressed.
4.5.6.2 Manual Up or Manual Down
Moving the lift in the Manual Mode aborts the cycle. The cycle cannot be restarted
without returning to the LOAD/UNLOAD position after this interruption.
The Manual Moving, Lift Ready or Lift Not Ready messages will be displayed, as
appropriate, after the cycle is aborted.
4.5.7 Timeout Errors
If a movement step times out before the destination is reached, a timeout error message is
displayed and the cycle is aborted. The lift must be returned to the LOAD/UNLOAD
position before restarting the cycle. Determine the cause of the error before restarting the
cycle.
4.5.8 Restarting Aborted Cycle
4.5.8.1 Lift Moved
Return the lift to the LOAD/UNLOAD position before restarting the cycle.
4.5.8.2 Lift Not Moved
The cycle may be resumed by pressing both START switches if the lift has not been
moved. The step timer will be reset to the set time.
4.5.9 Changing Dwell Times While Cycle is ON
Time settings may be changed while the lift is in operation.
4.6 Loading Baskets
Figure shows both correct and incorrect ways to load a cleaner basket. Place parts in the basket so
that air will not be trapped when the basket enters the cleaner and so that solvent can drain when
the basket leaves the vapor zone.
