cleaning process. Display the boiling sump temperature to monitor contamination level.
Display the boiling sump temperature in co-solvent degreasers.
3.12 Desiccant
Solvents containing alcohol or other water soluble components require that desiccant be added to
the water separator. Desiccant selectively adsorbs water but not solvent or alcohol. If desiccant is
not used where required, the water layer in the water separator will remove the additives from the
solvent. The solvent may not clean effectively without the additives.
Consult the solvent manufacturer to determine if your solvent requires desiccant.
See Section 5.5.3 for desiccant changing procedures.
3.13 TDR Spray and Ultrasonic Control
Turn controller SW2 position 4 to the ON position to enable TDR control of spray and ultrasonics.

3.14.2 Restarts

accessed with the Multi-program Option. Closing a switch on the Multi-program
Option will override a restart and may cause a crash with the power cover.
Restart 8 Power Cover open. Restart 8 is on when the cover is fully open. Program STOP 8
to make the TDR wait until the cover is open before entering the degreaser.
Restart 7 Power Cover Closed. Restart 7 is on when the cover is fully closed. Program STOP
7 to make the TDR wait until the cover is closed.
Restarts 1-6 are available if wired in accordance with Section 3.4.4. Program the appropriate
STOP code to utilize the Restart.
