Set fermentation temperature
k The  zone and
temperature will now flash.
k Use the
and
arrows on
the control panel to adjust the
 temperature (max:
30°C/8F, and min: 5°C/41°F).
The temperature will stop flashing
if the temperature is adjusted.
k When the desired 
temperature has been
reached press the
on the
control panel to save.
Set kegging temperature
k The  zone and temperature
will now flash.
k Use the
and
arrows on
the control panel to adjust
the  temperature (max:
30°C/8F, and min: 5°C/41°F). The
temperature will stop flashing if
the temperature is adjusted.
k When the desired  temperature
has been reached press the
on the control panel to save.
Set storage temperature
k The  zone and
temperature will now flash.
k Use the
and
arrows on
the control panel to adjust
the  temperature (max:
7°C/45°F, and min: 3°C/37°F). The
temperature will stop flashing if
the temperature is adjusted.
k When the desired 
temperature has been
reached press the
on the
control panel to save.
k  will now begin to flash.
k     will
appear on the user prompt panel.
k Press the
on the control panel to
start your custom brew program.
k Your  program will begin.
Note
At any time while configuring
the custom profile, pressing
on the control panel will
return you to the main menu.
Note
The main menu and program
zones cannot be changed or
accessed while a brew program
is in operation.
