Starting a LAGER Program
k Using the control panel arrows,
scroll through to the 
program. The word  will
flash on the display screen.

CUSTOM Program
k Using the control panel arrows,

flash on the display screen.

temperature profile.
k The brewing program zones
and  will appear on the
screen with the  zone
and temperature flashing.
Set propagation temperature
k Use the

arrows on
the control panel to adjust the
 temperature (max:
30°C/86°F, and min: 5°C/41°F). The
temperature will stop flashing if
the temperature is adjusted.
k When the desired 
temperature has been
reached press the

on the
control panel to save.
