k Switch the tap on full to
fill the bottling valve.
k Place a bottle over the bottling
valve until the base of the
valve touches the base of the
bottle and starts to flow.
k Fill each bottle to within
approximately 5mm from brim and
then lower the bottle. This will leave
the correct head space in the bottle
when the bottling valve is removed.
k The flow will stop automatically.
k Repeat the process until all
your bottles are filled.
k Screw the caps onto the bottles
ensuring they are tight.
k Disconnect bottling valve from tap.
k Store bottles upright for a
minimum of 14 days at room
temperature 18–25°C (6577°F)
to secondary ferment/condition –
this carbonates your beer!
WARNING
