EDITING PRESET MENU ITEMS
The control comes standard with many Broaster
food item recipes and menu item images. This
menu may be further customized by adding new
recipes using the Load Menu and Add New
commands. Menus may be exported to a USB
stick and reloaded onto another Broaster vent-
less fryer. Press any menu item to edit it’s set-
tings.
